Contract with Fortune 150 Utility Company

Voiance Language Services, one of the leading providers of language services to
companies operating customer contact centers, announces that it was selected by
a multi-regional Fortune 150 utility company to be its sole provider of outsourced
Over-the-Phone Interpretation services.
Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, Voiance will provide Over-the-Phone
Interpretation and translation services to help improve communication between the
Company and their diverse customer base.
Contributing to the client’s decision to contract Voiance was the Voiance Communication
System, a custom-developed platform that has been designed specifically to deliver
Over-the-Phone Interpretation. The platform combines best of breed technologies
from the teleservices industry with the special needs of the language services industry
to create an innovative platform for service delivery.
