Voiance Language Services has announced the successful results of the external audit
of its quality management system and the renewal of its ISO 9001:2008 certification.
ISO 9001:2008 is accepted worldwide as the standard that defines quality. The certification
indicates that an organization conforms to a quality management system which is
able to consistently provide a service that meets customer and applicable regulatory
requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction.
By renewing the certification, Voiance has demonstrated that excellence in quality
management is ingrained in its daily operations as well as an ongoing commitment
