Voiance’s clients experience simple connections to an interpreter. We have worked numerous efficiencies into our call flow to provide a seamless client experience. Our clients benefit from 99.999% system availability and a 15 second Average Speed of Answer (ASA) across all languages.

Call Authentication

We can auto-authenticate your calls, removing the need to enter an account number, and we can either match your current call routing process or potentially increase the speed of your connection to an interpreter. Calls can be identified based on department, divisions, locations, or even individual agent, or by a designated ID. All call data for each assigned ID will be available to you on-demand, 24/7 via Voiance's online portal for non-English call reporting and analytics.

Voice Activated IVR

We created proprietary voice recognition software specially developed to recognize requests for languages. While we also provide operator assistance, a voice activated IVR offers a faster, more reliable connection to an interpreter compared to using an operator alone. After selecting a language, all calls are then connected to the first available interpreter in 15 seconds or less, on average. Voice activated IVR benefits include:
