At Voiance, we have specifically designed our system to offer our clients faster connection times to an interpreter, the ability to track calls, and greater security.

Call Authentication

Voiance has the ability to auto-authenticate calls from the client through our toll-free access, providing greater convenience. Voiance services include the ability to accommodate our client’s requests for multiple IDs without limit. The Voiance System is able to track call data for each ID number assigned regardless of area, department or location. All call data for each assigned ID will be available to you on-demand, 24/7 via Voiance's online tool for real-time business intelligence and reporting.

Voice Activated Language Selection (VALS)

VALS is a strategic part of the Voiance Communication System, offering clients the most efficient routing method for fast connection to an interpreter. Voiance clients easily navigate the call flow by voice command and select the required language by speaking the name of the language; all calls are then connected to the first queued interpreter in less than 15 seconds, on average.
