Voiance will provide pricing based on the languages you use and your volume (monthly
volume of minutes or size of translation project). Providing informed estimates
for languages and minutes gives you advantages in pricing.
Over-the-Phone Interpretation Pricing
Voiance per-minute pricing includes Over-the-Phone Interpretation services, account
management, online reporting and invoicing, interpreter quality monitoring, employees
trained in your industry terminology, informative webinars and white papers, and
more. Pricing is flat for time of day and across all languages.
Provide the number of minutes you currently use in the form to the right to get
a price. If you do not know the minutes, try to estimate the current number of calls
or interactions you have with non-English speakers in a week or month.
Translation Pricing
Our Translation pricing is per-word and depends on the size of your project and
the languages required to be translated. Pricing also includes the use of cost-saving
technology, dedicated project management, and an online translation portal.
Provide the number of words for the translation project in the form to the right
to get a price. Exact pricing may require informing us of the languages to be translated
or submitting the project itself.
