  • Create and Modify PINS: Add a PIN description to track service usage by department or user. Phone hold music and IVR prompts are also editable through the portal.
  • Add Users/Give Account Management Controls: Choose which users in your organization have access to PIN management, invoicing, reporting, interpretation requests, and administrator permissions.
  • View or Pay Paperless, Eco-Friendly Invoices: Access current and past invoices with the option to export or print. Invoices also provide the option to drill down to each line’s detail.
