Video interpretation is an on-demand, cost-effective alternative to on-site interpretation, especially for ASL.

Video calls to Voiance are handled by a unified video technology and interpreter staffing platform in large-scale contact centers located in the United States, facilitating a seamless video interpretation experience. Most other video interpretation providers rely on a patchwork solution - multiple vendors supplying the technology or interpreter staffing. This may delay access to video interpreters in the event one of those vendors experiences an outage.

Turn your iPad or smartphone into a mobile interpreter! With the Voiance interpretation app, you can connect to live, in-person video and phone interpreters through any mobile device.

Video security: Encryption

Voiance’s video interpretation is accessed through our secure Online Account Management portal.Valid Voiance credentials are required to access the system. Client verification is performed for every connection. Customer information is encrypted and transmitted using standard SSL/TLS protocols. Video streams are encrypted and transmitted via either the RTMPE or SSL/TLS-based RTMPS protocol, depending upon customer requirements.
